Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 7th 2025

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Fret Not Productions (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and the client (“you”). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

We provide the following professional services:

• Videography & Video Production – Filming, editing, and delivering high-quality video content as outlined in your signed agreement.
   
• Marketing Services – Strategy development, content distribution, paid advertising management, lead generation, funnel creation, and related digital marketing activities.
   
• Additional Creative Services – Any other services specifically detailed in your proposal or contract.
   

All service details, deliverables, and timelines will be agreed upon in writing before work begins.

• A non-refundable deposit (amount stated in your proposal) is required to secure your booking date or start marketing services.
   
• Remaining balances must be paid according to the schedule in your agreement.
   
• Late payments may incur fees and may delay delivery of work or pause marketing campaigns.
   

You agree to:

• Provide necessary information, approvals, and materials on time.
   
• Secure location permissions, permits, or releases for video shoots when applicable.
   
• For marketing services, provide access to required accounts (e.g., social media, advertising platforms, CRM).
   
• Be available for scheduled shoots, meetings, and campaign reviews.
   

• Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance are eligible for a refund of payments made, minus the non-refundable deposit.
   
• Cancellations within 14 days of a scheduled shoot or marketing campaign launch will forfeit the deposit and may be subject to additional charges for costs already incurred (e.g., ad spend, rentals, subcontractors).
   
• Cancellations within 7 days require payment of the full remaining balance.
   
• Rescheduling requests made more than 14 days in advance will be accommodated without penalty, subject to availability.
   
• Rescheduling within 14 days may incur a fee of $100–$300 depending on project or campaign scope.
   

• We make no guarantees regarding specific sales, leads, or revenue results, as performance depends on multiple factors outside our control (e.g., market conditions, client offer quality, competition).
   
• Client is responsible for all third-party costs, such as ad spend, software subscriptions, or platform fees, unless otherwise stated in writing.
   
• Marketing services may have a minimum term commitment (e.g., 3–6 months) as outlined in your agreement.
   
• Campaigns may be paused or terminated for non-payment, lack of required access, or failure to provide necessary approvals.
   

• Client Content: You retain ownership of materials you provide.
   
• Produced Content: Upon full payment, you are granted a license to use final videos and marketing materials for the purposes outlined in your agreement.
   
• Portfolio Use: We may display completed work in our portfolio, case studies, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing before project completion.
   

Packages include the number of revisions stated in your agreement. Additional revisions will be billed at the agreed rate.

We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or losses caused by events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, illness, equipment failure, or changes in platform algorithms.

We may terminate services if you breach these Terms, fail to provide required access/materials, or engage in unlawful conduct. All outstanding balances remain payable upon termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
